A lot of odd things happened to me during the early hours of the day. My black sneakers turned white, my facial hair started falling off and became white in some parts. I felt like I was ear-less (I don't really know if there is a word like that, so mind my English you British snobs). My visibility decreased to a few feet even though my eyes were the same. The roads and paths seemed deserted. The building all seemed to fade away. And most frightening of all I began to skate without skates.
Let me explain. I didn't think waking up and looking out the window like I normally do would be a good idea today. I was wrong. If I had, this post wouldn't exist along with the rest of the universe (actually maybe the rest of the universe would exist, not really sure, I'll ask my Physics professor and let you know the probability of that happening). It wasn't exactly snowing outside, but more of something where you take a massive bucket of snow (with infinite depth, and the size of Alberta) and suddenly invert it so that the snow falls out. That's how it was. My sneakers - which were black - turned white by the time I reached my classes. Not to mention so did the bottom one foot of my body as the snow was so deep. Even with my toque on, my face was frozen, so when I touched my face inside, some of my facial hair still frozen snapped. Then I almost thought I had lost my ears somewhere outside in the snow. I was calmed down when the mirror in the washroom proved otherwise. The snow was falling so fast that I literally couldn't see the guy walking in front of me until I bumped into him, which caused him to start rolling and form a big rolling snow ball like they show in the cartoons (now the Myth Busters on Discovery Channel wont have to prove that). Lastly I began to skate as the ice formed was too slippery for my sneakers.
Anyways I have to end this post abruptly as I have a class to go!
